She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Aspinwall and Margery Aspinwall; and her son-in-law Ronnie Harper. She is survived by: her husband Carlton Baxter, Jr. (Dee); her children, Stephanie Harper of Jesup, Cindy Baxter of Nashville, TN and Hampton Baxter, III (Adi) of LaFayette, GA; her grandchildren, Peri Deverger (Bruce), Becca Rusack, Hannah Rusack of Elie Baxter, C. H and Baxter, IV; her great grandchild Deverger; and her grandchild Sister Pat Shepherd (Gary). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rinehart and Sons Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546).
