He is survived by: his wife Blair Beecher O'Quinn of Screven; his children, Chelsea O'Quinn of Screven and Hagan O'Quinn (Autumn) of Baxley; his grandchildren, Rylee O'Quinn and Colton James O'Quinn; his siblings, Dale O'Quinn Dumigan of St. Simons Island, Ferrell O'Quinn (Jane) of Jesup and Keith O'Quinn (Debbie) of Jesup; and his nieces and nephews, Shaun O'Quinn (Holly), Kelly O'Quinn (Natasha), Kyle Allen (Kelly), Cary Allen, Tannis Allen, Kayla Brown (Josh) and David O'Quinn (Carmen Edwards).
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Rinehart Chapel (860 US-301, Jesup, GA 31546).
