She was predeceased by: her father James Rollan Crews; and her sister Melissa Ann Crews. She is survived by: her children, Patrick Wainwright (Micala) of Blackshear and Christina Goldsmith (Ryan) of Clarksville, Tenn.; her mother Betty Crews of Patterson; and her siblings, Donna Blocker of Patterson, Matt Crews (Brande) of Screven and Nick Crews of Patterson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
