With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Lamar (Scottdale, Georgia), who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Hill and Daisy Slater; her sister Callie Wise; and her daughter Dorothy Dingle. She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Stringer of Rochester and William Stringer (Etta) of Stone Mountain. She is also survived by great grand, niece, cousins and friends.
