He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hill, Sr. and Carrie Davis Hill; and his wife Helen Boyer. He is survived by: his son Kenneth B. Hill; his siblings, Joe Hill, Sr. (late Azalea), Sarah Bell (late Wilbur Bell, Sr.), Ernest Hill (late Maeanner), Henry Hill, Leonard M. Hill (Floreece) and Annie B. Brown; and his sister-in-law Gloria Hill. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to the COVID-19, a mask is required to enter the Chapel.
