It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor L. Andrews Jr. (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on January 21, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Andrews and Victor Lee Andrews. He is survived by: his friends, Cynthia Reinholtz and Becky Cheatham of Savannah.
