He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Stanhope Jarvis and Eleanor Mae Derbyshire Jarvis; and his brother Richard Allan Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Joy Lathem Jarvis; his sons, Victor Edward Jarvis II (Amy) and Michael Brent Jarvis (Kerry); and his grandchildren, Carson of Savannah, Jamie of Savannah, Caleb of Savannah and Cheyenne Jarvis of Savannah.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (6613 Johnny Mercer Blvd, Savannah, GA 31410).
Remembrances may be made to the First Baptist Church of the Islands building Fund or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
