With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Vicktoria Lynn Higley of Savannah, Georgia, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024 at the age of 38. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Rev. William, Betty Cottingham, Patricia Stewart and John Wilson; and her mother-in-law Dawn Paula Carlson Higley.
She is survived by: her husband Austin Higley; her daughter Madison Kern; her parents, Dorene Cottingham and Jerry Wilson; her sisters, Christina Downey (Steven) and Elizabeth Goode (Christopher); and her father-in-law Robert Lee Higley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many other family and friends.
