She is survived by: her daughter Paula Sullivan Phillips (Gary); her grandchildren, Shelley Weinzettel Kirk (Wes), Christy Weinzettel Glenn (Lee) and Thomas Anthony Carter (Morgan); her great grandchildren, Clare, James, Cade and Quinn; her stepgranddaughters, Michelle Carter Reynolds (Matt) and Katie Phillips Powell (JP); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Taylor, Madison and Julian; her friend Michelle Nelson; her husband Herbert Anthony Sullivan; and her daughters, Sheila Lynn Sullivan and Leta Sullivan Carter. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
