He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Mincey and Annie Hopper Mincey; and his brother Clyde Elma Mincey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Maness Mincey of Statesboro; his children, William Allen Mincey (Leslie) of Seattle, WA and Patricia Lynn Mincey Bishop (Ronald) of Statesboro; his grandchildren, Madison Leigh Bishop Sapp (Zachary), Calton Wilson Bishop, Cason Ray Bishop (Laura) and Thomas Emory Mincey; his great grandchild Luca Haile Bishop; and his siblings, Lynwood Olliff Mincey and Hilda Joyce Mincey Tidwell (Rob).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Joiner-Anderson Funeral Home & Crematory (502 Miller St Ext, Statesboro, GA 30458). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bonaventure Cemetery (330 Bonaventure Rd, Thunderbolt, GA 31404).
