We are sad to announce that on December 7, 2024, at the age of 78, Peter Terrell Ray (Savannah, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Peter Terrell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Peter Terrell farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Wesley Ray and Mary Helen Jones Ray; his siblings, Montfort S. Ray and Patricia Ray; and his wife Linda Cordes Ray.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel (7200 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the Bonaventure Cemetery (330 Bonaventure Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
