She is survived by: her sons, Steve J. Tidwell (Katie), Scott G. Tidwell and Sidney V. Tidwell (Jenny); her stepsons, Albert Fitts (Nina), Barry Fitts (Merry), Ben Fitts (Emily) and Paul Fitts; her grandchildren, Blake Tidwell VanNice (James), Brock Tidwell, Aaron Fitts (Taelor), Merrill Fitts, Joey Fitts (Patty), Grace Fitts Knight (Trevor), Lily Fitts, Luke Fitts, Will Fitts, Brittany Fitts, Megan Fitts and Aubrey Fitts; her great grandchild Hailee Mae Fitts; and her husband Joe. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel (7200 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
