With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lynn Durham in Savannah, Georgia, born in Mount Vernon, Georgia, who passed away on December 23, 2024 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Mary Lynn farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Mary Lynn is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Ronald Eugene Durham; and her parents, Edward Richardson and Luada Hughes Richardson. She is survived by: her son John Durham; her daughter-in-law Theresa Durham; her grandchildren, Nathan Durham, Natalie Durham, Ben Durham and Isaac Durham; and her siblings, Carl "Bubba" Richardson and Sue Jinks. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to The Cathedral Church of God, continuing Mary's mission of spreading love and faith to others.
