She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Edward "Jack" Thomas and Hazel Christine Martin Thomas; her husband Walter Blanton; her sisters, Trudy Coe and Brenda Wright; and her son Micheal Weatherly.
She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Bonino (Kevin) and Derrick Weatherly (Rita); her grandsons, Austin, Aaron Lanier and Caleb Smith; and her nieces and nephews, Crystal McHenry, Chasity Elmahdy, Jacquelynn Horne, William "Wes" Smith, William McMahan and Courtney Coe. She is also survived by many cousins, uncles and aunts.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel (7200 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
