He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Lemon; his daughter Kim Johnson; his grandchildren, Christopher Johnson, A'riel Johnson and Cedric Campbell Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Patricia L. Thomas (Wayne), Debra A. Belt (Eric), Lisa Davis Maultsby, Reginald Davis (LaTonjua), Gregory Davis and James Lemon Jr.. He is also survived by numerous grandnieces, grandnephews, a host of cousins, and close friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the March of Dimes in Mack's honor.
