She was predeceased by: her son Richard Gruber (Ricky); her father Albert Jones; and her brother Hugh Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband Marion Gruber; her children, Michael Kevin Gruber and Stacey Gruber Clark (Terry); her mother Tommie Jones Cowart; and her grandchildren, Peyton Gruber and Alexis Gruber. She is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hospice Savannah or the Humane Society for Greater Savannah.
