With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leah Holevas Stoupenos of Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on September 26, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Leah Holevas leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Leah Holevas may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her son Paul (Marion). She is survived by: her daughters, Loukia Stoupenos Tsiaras (Vasilis) and Viki Stoupenos; her grandson Vangeli Tsiaras; and her siblings, Tom Holevas and Kelli Holevas. She is also survived by children - her nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church (14 W Anderson St, Savannah, GA 31401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at the Greenwich Cemetery (330 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
