We are sad to announce that on February 22, 2025, Judy Carter Nease (Savannah, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Judy Carter farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Judy Carter is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil Carter and Geraldine Carter; her husband Darvin Nease of Savannah; and her goddaughter Laura Novy of Tampa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Independent Presbyterian Church (207 Bull St, Savannah, GA 31401). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at the Greenwich Cemetery (330 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
