With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John H. Gilmore of Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on September 12, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Gilmore and John Gilmore. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Johnny Gilmore Pressure Washing, Travis Painter Pro Wash, Pressure Washing, Downtown Bar, Grill and Daufuskie Site Prep; his wife Sara Peacock Gilmore; his children, Johnny Gilmore of Savannah, GA and Terri G. Painter (Darren) of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Travis Painter of Savannah, GA, Brandon Painter of Seneca, SC, Katie Gier Waters of Acworth, GA and Daphanie Gilmore of Bloomingdale, GA; his great grandchildren, Kali Painter, Luke Waters and Noah Waters; and his child Foundation.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to The Justice for Children Foundation, 1137 Mohawk Street, Savannah, GA 31419.
