It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Deal Biggerstaff (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Orel Wae and Leona Melton Biggerstaff; and his brother James Biggerstaff. He is survived by: his wife Bertha Biggerstaff of Winston-Salem, NC.; his daughters, Lee Anne Biggerstaff Martin (Richard) and Kerri Celeste Biggerstaff; his brother Frank Biggerstaff (Judy); and his grandchildren, Richard Gage Martin and Aoife Anne Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Grace Church (6412 Waters Ave, Savannah, GA 31406). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery (1336 Dean Forest Rd, Savannah, GA 31405).
