Powell; his sons, Scott (Nikole), Bradley (Lindsay) and Eric Powell; his grandchildren, Luciana, Angelina, Lincoln, Nora and Zachary Powell; his siblings, Leslie Cross (Ernie), Mary Jane Moore (Douglas) and Lisa Witt (Christopher); and his brother-in-law Hugo Luke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
