He was predeceased by: his brother Frank Nelligan. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Mullen, Donald Nelligan (Catherine Gibbs), Thomas Anthony Nelligan (Glenda) and Moira Nelligan (Michael Hickey). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenwich Cemetery (330 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
