Evelyn Sanders Scott Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 6, 2025, at the age of 62, Evelyn Sanders Scott of Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Evelyn Sanders may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Evelyn Sanders touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Mae Sanders and Leroy Wright; and her brothers, Donald Sanders and Richard Sanders. She is survived by: her sons, Akeem Omar Scott (Angela) and Justin Ivory Scott (Whitney); her grandchildren, Zipporah and Zephir Scott; her siblings, Johnnie Mae Harris, Marian Blue-Cook (John), Tony Sanders and Rose Mary Sanders; and her sister-in-law Debbie Sanders. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other dear relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses-South (2605 Carmel Ave, Savannah, GA 31406).
