He was predeceased by: his wife Karen. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Robertson (James) of Westfield, Clifford III (Mary Ann) of Montclair and John (Adrienne) of Eagle River, Alaska; his stepchildren, Susan Cox (Jim), Katherine White (Tom), Dr. William Baker, Robert Baker and Michael Baker (Dawn); and his brother Albert. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
He had also been President of both The Albert Payson Terhune Foundation and The North Jersey Chamber of Commerce Foundation.
