The memory of Claudia Baker (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on January 13, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the sacred silence of farewell, Claudia is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Claudia's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gertrude Irvin Everett and Stephen Henry Everett. She is survived by: her husband David Baker of Tybee Island, GA; her daughters, Kimberly Watson and Sonya Cochran of Savannah, GA; her grandchildren, Courtney Brannan of Bloomingdale, Kyle Cochran of Savannah, GA and Devyn Watson of Savannah, GA; and her brother Stephen Everett of Rincon, GA. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, other dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home, Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406).
In lieu of flowers, she has respectfully requested remembrances be made to help others with the American Cancer Society.
