We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2025, at the age of 82, Carl Wesley Sapp (Savannah, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Patricia Ferraro Sapp; his son Stanley Sapp; and his brothers, Johnny and Jimmy Sapp. He is survived by: his wife Betty Fox; his children, Carl Wesley Sapp Jr. (Steffanie), Keith Williams Sapp (Eleanor) and Laura Ann Sapp; his brother Charles Marshall Sapp (Charlie); his sister-in-law Anne; his stepdaughters, Teresa Fox Barker (Ray), Tammie Fox Brinkley-Clearo (Joe) and Terrilynn Fox; his grandchildren, Colson Sapp, Ashley Sapp, Jeffrey Roberts, Mary Roberts, Paige Roberts, Christopher Barker, Shane Barker, Heather Johns, Buddy Brinkley, Casey Brinkley, Ben Brinkley, Christy Mullen and Debbie Brinkley; his niece Michelle Weeks (Michael); and his nephews, Marshall Sapp (Belinda) and Matthew Sapp (Shannon). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, and many dear friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gamble Funeral Service (410 Stephenson Ave, Savannah, GA 31405).
