She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Naval Officer; her brother Christopher Lee Carter; and her mother Josephine Hill Carter.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Skidaway Island Methodist Church (54 Diamond Causeway, Savannah, GA 31411).

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be sent to Skidaway Island Methodist Church.
