She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Jennings and Idella Jennings; her siblings, Lawrence and Lottie Bell Loadholt; her husband Robert Chavis; and her son Gary Chavis.
She is survived by: her children, James Wilson, Julius Wilson, Denise Wilson Martin (Darrell) and Larry Chavis; and her grandchildren, Tamika Ford, Nicole Freeman (Reginald), Daria Martin, Shaniya Wilson, Gary Chavis, Jr., Darius Williams (Jordan), Tenaiya Chavis, David Chavis (Selena) and Keeara Chavis.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Families First Funeral Care & Cremation Center (1328 Dean Forest Rd, Savannah, GA 31405). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
