Though Bernice Dolores may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Springer and Angeline Cosei Springer. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Johnson (Steve), Dr. Joe McKenzie (Patricia), Jean Ethredge (Jack), Gary Raymond McKenzie and Barbara Johns (David); and her sisters, Doris Finley (Mike) and Betty Marquard. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and twenty eight great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (11500 Middleground Rd, Savannah, GA 31419). A rosary was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery (1336 Dean Forest Rd, Garden City, GA 31405).
