She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Holmes and Alice Utter Holmes; and her brother Fred Holmes. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Aubrey Purvis of Savannah; her sons, William L. Purvis of Savannah and David Alan; her daughter-in-law Angela Purvis of Margaritaville, SC; and her grandson Joshua Lee Purvis.
