She is survived by: her husband Walter Hartridge Strong, Jr.; and her children, Susan Banks (Rod), Wendy Lupas (Sam), Mary Blackburn (Jerry) and Walter Strong, III (Lavinia). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, their spouses and 5 great grandchildren.
A reception will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Savannah Yacht Club (730 Bradley Point Rd, Savannah, GA 31410).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St John's Episcopal Church.
