We bid farewell to William Sutton Sr. of Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia, born in Mexia, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 1, 2024 at the age of 87. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve Sutton and Bessie Pittman Sutton; and his siblings, Elaine, Joe, John and Tom.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Sutton; and his children, Bill (Patricia Sutton), Sherri (Michael Graham), Brad (Beth Sutton), Lisa (Randall Carlan), Lindsey (Clay Pilgrim), Julie (Sanford Spears), Rachael (Jake Meggitt), Anita (Bill Scandrett), Amy (Tad Cantrell) and Wayne (Michelle McKinney). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to Double Springs Baptist Church.
