He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Peck Foster of Sautee-Nacoochee; his children, Dr. William Foster of Tucson, AZ, Dr. Andrew Foster (Christine Johnson Foster) of Providence, RI, Dr. Paul Foster (Jennifer Lew) of Englewood, NJ, Rebecca Foster (Joseph Lusi) of Providence, RI, Jose Mills (Janet) of Ghana and Kojo Abawase of Clarkesville; and his sister Joann Foster Maslin (Charles) of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren and a rich collective web of extended family.
