He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward and Evelyn Brooks Harley; and his sisters, Carol Harley and Linda Harley. He is survived by: his wife Willie Mae Harley of Sautee-Nacoochee; his sons, Ronald Edward Harley, Jr. (Melinda) of Cochran, GA and Bowen Harley (Teresa) of Mtn; and his siblings-in-law, Gene and Martha O'Kelley of Clermont. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, three nieces; six nephews and other family and friends.
