She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin S. Matthews and Lena Norris Matthews; her son Timothy Stone; her grandson Matthew E. Stone; and her sister Sally Matthews Wessner.

She is survived by: her husband Patrick Stone; her children, Melinda S. Stone (Sandy Sanders) and Patrick E. Stone II (Georgia); her grandchildren, Timothy G. Stone II and Melinda S. Cox; and her daughters-in-law, Lori Stone, Malisa Stone and Georgia. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
