He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Martin and Stella Westberry Martin; and his sister Sylvia Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Diana K. Fulwider Kennedy of Sauteee-Nacoochee; his children, Jerry Kennedy (Carissa) of Clarkesville, Daniel Fox (Ina) of Bradenton, James Cowsert (Stephanie) of Parish, Andrew Fox (Debbie) of Parker, Tammy Garrett (Ben) of Parish and Renae Kennedy of Sautee-Nacoochee; and his brothers, Gerald Kennedy of Sauteee-Nacoochee and Randy Martin of Cleveland. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
