He was predeceased by: his sister JoAnn Rucker of Covington, LA; and his daughter Cynthia Williams. He is survived by: his siblings, Elaine Marks of Slidell, LA and James Marks of Mandeville, LA.; his wife LaJuan Edlund; his daughter Teri Marks-Brunner; and his grandchildren, Darby Brunner and Josh Brunner.
