It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Frank Altman of Sautee Nacoochee, Georgia, born in Hoboken, Georgia, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyrus Jefferson and Gertrude Vesta Carter Altman; his wife Helen Robertson Altman; and his siblings, H. J. Altman (Cola), Gibson Altman (Mary Frances), Hilton Altman, Bennie Altman (June), Sallie Altman Scheer (George), Ralph Altman (Desi), Reecy Altman Crawford (BJ), Margaret Faye Altman, Jeanette Altman Pryor, Carolyn Altman Lucas (Tommy), Wayne Altman (Leo) and Gilbert Altman (Darielle).
He is survived by: his siblings, DeWitt Altman (Meredith) and Linda Hickox (Ted); and his caregiver Kelly Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
