She is survived by: her husband Craig McCullough; her mother Grace Vansant; her daughter Amber; her son-in-law Matt Rutledge; her grandchildren, Jackson Rutledge and McKenna Rutledge; her sister Vivian; her brother-in-law Roy Middlebrooks; her brother Tyler; and her sister-in-law Pam Vansant. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
