She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Skinner and Barbara Parker Hebert; and her sister Kimberly Suzanne Skinner. She is survived by: her significant other James "Dinky" Crews, Jr. of Sardis; her sons, Charles Neely, Jr. (Ashley) of Waynesboro and Brandon Neely of West Haven; her sister Cynthia McBride; her grandchildren, Lexus Neely, Lilah Neely and Luke Neely; and her close friends, Renee Scholtes, Leslie Kemp and Marsha Neely.
