He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Dell Wimberly Skinner and Milton Skinner; and also Rachel Skinner Brunson. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his brother Marvin Skinner (Dot) of Millen; his children, Darlene Skinner Beazley of Waynesboro, Marty Skinner of North Augusta, SC and David Skinner (Julie) of Charleston, SC.; his grandchildren, Crystal Skinner, Justin Westbrook, Chase Beazley (Jessy), Laken Skinner Hardin (David), Tori Beazley, Lindsey Beazley Keller (John), Megan Skinner Belk (Dusty), David Skinner II and Christian Skinner; and his great grandchildren, Avery Hardin, Jackson Beazley, Liam Ansley, Zoey Hardin and Emery Hardin.
