He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Harrell (Brian Garnto) of Wrightsville; his brother Billy Meeks of Meeks; his granddaughters, Alexis Meeks (Luiz Ramirez) of Reynolds, Abigail Meeks of Cartersville and Angel Harrell of Wrightsville; and his great grandchild Carolina Ramirez.
