He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard Kerrigan and Lillian Meserole; and his sister Karen Blair. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Stubbs Kerrigan; his children, Noelle Kerrigan (Benjamin Alongi) of Manchester, Tennessee, Ryan Kerrigan of Sandersville, Eugene Kerrigan of Cape Coral and William Arthur Kerrigan, Jr. of Sandersville; his granddaughter Quinn Alongi; and his brother Kevin Kerrigan of Mesa, Arizona. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
