He was predeceased by: his stepfather Lance Humbert; and his brother Mike Humbert. He is survived by: his wife Karen Chase Prandy; his children, Brittany Fennell (Spencer) of Cobb, Jillian Stewart and Seth Prandy (Lauren) of Roswell; his grandchildren, Sebastian Walton, Michael Walton, Bryceon Fennell, Brody Workman, Brock Burnside, Maebree Fennell and Aubrey Workman; his great grandchild Natalie Crosby; his mother Karen Humbert of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; and his siblings, Ron Humbert of Iowa, Tammy Etscheidt of Iowa, Laurie Roth of Iowa, Dawn Pulford of Iowa and Kalvin Prandy of Wisconsin.
