She is survived by: her husband Phillip Duty; her children, Felisha Harper (Bradley) and Roderick Asberry (Latasha) of Tennille; her stepdaughter Krystal Duty of Virginia; her grandchildren, Taniya Devero, Marian Devero, Brandon Harper, Kelin Walden, Eriyonna Walden, Kemari Walden, Tyisheria Walden, Jalaci Asberry, Juwan Asberry and Kysheria Poole; her great grandchild Allison Fragher; her nephew Chris May; her siblings, Vinson Wiley, Shirley Roberson and Linda Whitaker of Tennille; her father-in-law Kenneth Shepherd, Sr.; her siblings-in-law, Betty Burnett of Tennille, Sheila Reed (Bryon), Sharon Parker of Columbus, Ohio, Janice Anderson (Johnnie) of Killeen Texas, Veatrice Rozier (Eddie), Shelia Wright, Betty Wright of Dublin, Alice Nesbitt of Wrightsville, Kenneth Shepherd, Jr. (Patrica), Charles Shepherd (Charlene) of Columbus, Garry Duty (Lareta), James Wright (Lillian) of Dublin and Jimmy Lee Wright of Wrightsville; and her aunts, Lizzie Mae Purvey, Geneva Burnett of Tennille and Mary Carter (Nathan) of Dublin. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Union Hill Baptist Church (2389 Deep Cut Rd, Tennille, GA 31089).
