She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert Lee Darrisaw (Doris), Essie Lee Peeler, Marie Peeler and Mary Lee Darrisaw; and her grandson Jastain Darrisaw.
She is survived by: her children, Broderick Darrisaw (Nikia Reese), Saketta Brown (Curtis) and Jessica Darrisaw (Dontavia); her sisters, Dorothy Swint (John) and Essie Mae Robinson (Calvin); her goddaughter Nechelle Johnson; her niece Lisa Bridges; her grandchildren, Chrysen Brown, Jestavious Darrisaw, Jyrrynn Jordan, Jevon Darrisaw and Jaccus Darrisaw; and her friends, Rev. Jerry Walden (First Lady Katherine), Rev. Joann Dunn, Minister Cathy Latimer, Mary Thomas, Della Mae Fraley, Lisa Green, Gladys Darrisaw and Larry Milner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Tennille Grove Baptist Church (400 Greta St, Tennille, GA 31089).
