We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 86, Rubye Inez Avant of Sandersville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harlie Turner and Mildred Thompkins Turner; her husband Marvin Wright Avant; her siblings, William Turner, Jr. and Elaine Turner Giddens; and her niece Renee Giddens Brett of Sandersville.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Tyson of Dublin and Donna Morgan (John) of Macon; her grandchildren, Thomas Baugh, Jr. (Erin) of Macon, Jackson Morgan of Macon, Taylor Morgan (Ashlee) of Macon and Kayla Morgan of Macon; and her great grandchildren, Abigayle Baugh of Macon and Keller Baugh. She is also survived by several brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
