She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Usry Holton and Henry Grady Holton; her husband Wendell Tompkins, Sr.; and her siblings, Virginia Holton Blackburn, Bernice Holton Gwinn, Cebron Holton, Vera Holton Grant, Billy Holton, Betty Holton Riggs, Bobby Holton, Missie Holton McGahee and Laverne Holton Kinard.
She is survived by: her son Wendell Tompkins, Jr. of Statesboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
