She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Hurst and Millie Lou Hurst; her husband Earnest Bryant; her siblings, Carlos Hurst, Jr., Annie Hurst and Willie Hurst; and her children, Earnest Bryant, Jr., Kenneth Bryant and Betty Hurst Clark.
She is survived by: her sons, Edwin Hurst, Bernard Bryant and Tony Bryant; her niece Mary McClendon of Greensboro, GA; her uncle Miller Peacock; her children-in-law, Wiley Clark and Betty Bryant; and her caregiver Delois Cuyler. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clara - Minnie Memorial Chapel of L. M Email. A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Springfield Missionary Baptist Church (415 W Church St, Sandersville, GA 31082). A burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at the Sandersville City Cemetery (141 W Haynes St, Sandersville, GA 31082).
