He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jackson Duckworth; his children, Ebony Humphrey (Michael), Jeffrey Allen Duckworth, Jr., Brian Alexander Duckworth, Patrick Duane Renfroe, Shameka Michelle Renfroe, Colleen Darnisha Duckworth, Ariel Lynne Drew (Jerome), Jordan Christopher Duckworth and Nicholas Colin Duckworth; his mother Alma Jean May; and his siblings, Apostle Clifford Duckworth (Lillie), Janet Bridges, Michael Duckworth (Linda), Ronnie Reaves and Georgia. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
